Behind the Magic
of Bloom Prep
From one teacher’s dream to a school where learning blooms.

The Heart of Bloom Prep
Hi friends!
I’m Ms. Cameo—though most kiddos call me Ms. Sparkles—and I’m so glad you stopped by Bloom Prep! This school has been a dream of mine for 11 years,
I taught and directed at the Washington City Community Center Preschool, where I worked with incredible families and built a strong, well-rounded program alongside an amazing team. While I was proud of what we created, I knew our community needed something more—a school that offered a private-school level of education while still leading with warmth, connection, and heart. That vision is what inspired the creation of Bloom Prep.
I’ve seen how powerful the connection between teacher and student can be. When children feel genuinely known, loved, and supported, they gain the confidence to take on new challenges and grow in incredible ways. That environment of trust and encouragement allows us to meet—and exceed—the high educational standards that are the foundation of our program.
At Bloom Prep, every day is carefully designed to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and help each student reach their full potential.
So take a look around and see why we believe Bloom Prep is the perfect place for your little one to learn, grow, and shine!
The Bloom Difference
At Bloom Prep, we believe young learners thrive when they feel safe, loved, and celebrated. Our classrooms are calm, structured, and filled with positive reinforcement—because nothing motivates little ones more than knowing their hard work is noticed.
Unlike many programs where children mostly play with short lessons sprinkled in, we focus on learning first—finding creative, interactive ways to weave academics into a structured environment. Even during play, our students are still learning, exploring, and growing.
Alongside the strong academic curriculum I’m known for, Bloom Prep integrates the Heggerty Method to build phonemic awareness—bridging the gap and helping students begin reading before they even start kindergarten. With this foundation, our comprehensive curriculum challenges children to stretch their minds and build confidence as they master letters, numbers, shapes, sight words, and more. Through hands-on circle time, interactive games, and engaging themes, students develop a love of learning and the “I can do hard things” mindset that sets them up for long-term success.
And because strong bodies support strong minds, every child also enjoys daily gym time—building coordination, balance, and confidence through tumbling, sports, and active play.
At Bloom, every achievement—big or small—is celebrated, because we know confidence today builds success tomorrow.
